HealthCareSolutions4U

HealthCareSolutions4U is a product of Software Goldsmith Inc. (SGI). This is cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) product. In recent era, different doctors work from different platforms and they offer different patient portals to their patients and most importantly none of those portals communicate with each other. So, if a patient is seeing multiple doctors, s/he has to visit multiple portals to collect a complete set of health records. It’s confusing; time consuming and totally unacceptable especially, during emergency where patient can die due to lack of accurate health records. The Healthcare4U has been developed to avoid that confusion. Our goal is to build a single platform where patients and doctors can work from a single platform by avoiding multiple EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems.

It has been developed with a commitment to design and deliver a robust, flexible and fully integrated healthcare information solution platform solely for patients. So, Healthcare4U is considered as a patient-centric health records management system where patients can organize and store all their health records on this platform in collaboration with their doctors, nurses and all other healthcare service providers. In other words, patients are in charge of their own health records and they decide to share that information with their medical professionals when needed. It is a cloud based SaaS (Software as a Service) enterprise application that serves as a Healthcare Information Communication Highway (HICH), where all stakeholders like patients, doctors/physicians, nurses, pharmacists and even insurance companies can join together to provide right services and solutions for all patients.

The Healthcare4U is designed uniquely. It works like a patient-centric patient portal where all service providers: doctors and nurses join to view and update patients’ EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records). The main purpose of building this system is to allow both patients and service providers to work together from a single platform.

Lack of Medical Records May Cause Death

As we all know that lack of medical records may cause misdiagnosis and that ends up to potential death or long-term disability. One of the major medical journals reported that misdiagnoses made up the lion's share of U.S. malpractice payouts which totaled nearly $39 billion -- during the past 25 years and generated more than 350,000 claims.
